An OEM project is easier to manage when the product, customization and commercial terms are confirmed in the right sequence. The workflow below explains how LuxVac coordinates an existing cleaning appliance platform from sample review to bulk production.

1. Begin with a clear product brief

Start with the product or model, target market, estimated quantity and required configuration. If the project includes branding, also identify the logo, product colour, packaging, manual language and accessory requirements.

This first brief does not need to contain every technical detail. It should give the factory enough information to identify the right platform and prepare a relevant quotation.

2. Order and review a sample

Paid samples are available for every current LuxVac product. Sample shipping is paid by the buyer, and the sample charge can be credited toward the subsequent bulk order.

Use the sample stage to review the selected configuration, product operation, accessories and presentation before confirming a larger quantity.

3. Approve branding and packaging

For OEM orders based on an existing product, the project can include logo application, product colour, accessory configuration, labels, packaging and multilingual instruction manuals. The approved details should match the quotation and order documents used for production.

4. Confirm MOQ, lead time and commercial terms

MOQ and production lead time are model-specific. The current reference terms are:

V1830 pcs500 pcs10–15 working days
V2230 pcs500 pcs15–25 working days

K15 Upholstery Cleaner60 pcs1,000 pcs30–40 working days

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance. EXW, FOB and CIF are supported. The quotation should identify the selected product, quantity, configuration and trade term.

5. Production and quality checks

Once an order is confirmed, production moves through assembly, in-line checks, product testing and finished-goods preparation. The applicable checks depend on the product and configuration.

6. Delivery and after-sales support

Delivery is quoted according to the selected EXW, FOB or CIF term, quantity and destination. LuxVac provides a one-year warranty. If a quality issue occurs during the warranty period, the buyer can send the model, order number and clear photos or video for review. Replacement parts or a replacement can then be arranged according to the specific case.

Keep the project model-specificMOQ, lead time and configuration should always be checked against the selected product instead of applying one general figure to every cleaning appliance.
