Product specifications describe what a cordless vacuum is designed to do. Production and quality records show how the selected configuration is checked before finished goods are prepared for dispatch.

1. Assembly and in-line checks

During assembly, operators follow the selected model and order requirements. In-line checks help identify assembly, connection or appearance issues before the product reaches final packing.

2. Burn-in testing

Burn-in testing is used to observe products under continued operation before packing. It helps the production team identify abnormal operation that may not be visible during a brief initial check.

3. Electrical safety checks

Electrical safety checks form part of the quality workflow for electrical cleaning appliances. The relevant check is performed against the selected product and configuration before the order is released for finished-goods preparation.

4. Functional and visual review

Functional review covers the product operation and the confirmed configuration. Appearance, accessories, labels, packaging and manual contents are also checked against the order requirements before cartons are prepared.

5. Packing and finished goods

Finished products are packed with the confirmed accessories and documentation. Carton quantities and shipment preparation are then reviewed for the order.
